Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our friendly and collaborative Mechanical & Electrical team based at our East Croydon office, with occasional travel to project sites and client locations as required.
With a growing workload and a wide variety of projects, we are seeking an individual who has prior knowledge and experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor from cost planning and pre-contract documentation to final account.

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership. (Desirable)
Experience / Skills Required
- Relevant professional experience as a M&E Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience using both the JCT and the NEC form of contracts.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to interpret and follow instructions accurately.
- Confident in client-facing situations, with a professional and effective communication style.
- Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
Project Delivery
You will be expected to operate in a client-facing role, delivering both pre- and post-contract cost management advice across a range of projects within the built environment. This includes providing cost estimates, tender documentation and contract administration.
