Senior Strategy and Insight Manager – International Content Consultancy
3Vision is a specialist international TV and content consultancy. We help some of the world’s leading media companies make better strategic, commercial and content decisions.
From our base in Bath, we work with clients across the global TV industry and have supported businesses in more than 30 countries. Our clients include Sony, Paramount, Fremantle, ITV Studios and Amazon MGM Studios.
A major part of our business is our suite of unique market intelligence and tracking services. These track where TV shows and films are sold around the world and monitor the development of streaming services and FAST channels internationally. Alongside these services, our consultancy work spans strategy, content acquisition, research and business development.
We have ambitious plans to grow 3Vision and are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our team and play an important role in driving that growth.
The role
You will lead consultancy projects covering strategy and research. You’ll analyse market and commercial data, develop recommendations and present your findings to senior executives. You may also be involved in content acquisition and commercial negotiations.
A significant part of the role will involve working on our tracking and market intelligence services. This will include analysis and report writing to provide valuable insights into a rapidly changing global TV market.
As a Senior Manager, you will build strong relationships with clients, help generate new business, present at industry conferences and manage and develop more junior members of the team. Ideally yo will also have an established network of industry contacts and strong relationships across the media and entertainment industry
What we’re looking for
You will have significant experience working in research, strategy, commercial development or a related role within the TV, streaming or wider media industry.
You will be commercially minded, highly numerate and analytically strong, with excellent attention to detail. You will be comfortable tackling unfamiliar problems, developing clear and logical solutions and communicating complex ideas simply – both in writing and in presentations.
You will also be confident working directly with senior clients, comfortable taking initiative and managing multiple priorities, and already using AI effectively to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
We’re looking for someone with a strong academic background, ideally holding a 2:1 degree or above.
