Ideal for an I&L surveyor orbroker with transactional experience in leasing, capital markets, or land, thisis an outstanding opportunity to develop specialist expertise, expand yourEuropean market exposure, and work alongside the industry's leading data centreadvisors. Based in London and supported by CBRE's extensive European and globalnetwork, the role offers exceptional career development, transaction exposure,and opportunities to travel across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Supportsenior team members in advising global developers and investors on data centrestrategy and transaction opportunities across Europe, while progressivelytaking ownership of client workstreams.
- Assistwith, and over time lead, the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of datacentre transactions, including powered land acquisitions, powered shellleasing, and investment sales.
- Supportthe origination and delivery of powered shell leasing mandates across Europeanmarkets.
- Analyseand qualify inbound powered land opportunities to help generate new businessand transaction instructions.
- Prepareclient presentations, pitches, and market insights, with opportunities torepresent the team at leading European data centre events as experiencedevelops.
- Developinto a trusted advisor with specialist expertise in the European data centremarket.
- Contributeto the success of the wider team by sharing market knowledge, supporting juniorcolleagues, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant experience in industrial &logistics (I&L) brokerage, capital markets, development advisory, or othertransaction-focused real estate roles.
- An established and growing network of developer,investor and/or occupier contacts within the I&L sector; exposure toEuropean markets is advantageous but not essential.
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and motivated todevelop specialist expertise within the fast-growing data centre sector.
- A confident communicator with strongrelationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with clientsand senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative and proactive team player whothrives in a high-performing, client-focused environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to assess opportunities and support complex transactions.
- Keen to build a long-term career in data centrereal estate, with an interest in both transaction execution and businessdevelopment.
