Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant – UK Government (SCS1/SCS2)

SATIGO is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant UK Government (SCS1/SCS2) with a demonstrable track record of delivering senior leadership appointments across UK Central Government.

This is an opportunity to work alongside SATIGO on senior public sector executive search programmes, contributing specialist market knowledge, established networks and proven search delivery capability.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate

• Completed executive search appointments at BOTH SCS1 and SCS2 level within UK Government departments.
• Successful appointments within Digital, Data, Technology or Cyber leadership functions.
• Executive search appointments delivered across a minimum of THREE UK Government departments.
• Direct experience of executive search, market mapping, targeted headhunting, candidate attraction and senior stakeholder engagement.
• A strong understanding of Civil Service recruitment processes and senior leadership assessment.

The successful individual or organisation will have the opportunity to support SATIGO with specialist search delivery, campaign strategy, candidate assessment and senior stakeholder engagement.
