As our Transport Planning team continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Transport Planner to join us in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, gaining greater responsibility, leading projects and working closely with clients while being supported by a highly experienced and collaborative team.
Based in our modern Reading office, you'll be part of a thriving multidisciplinary environment, working alongside experts in civil engineering, environmental planning, flood risk, utilities and masterplanning to deliver innovative solutions for a diverse range of public and private sector clients.

- Managing project programmes, budgets and quality to ensure successful delivery.
- Working closely with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Supporting business development activities, including fee proposals and client engagement opportunities.
- Mentoring and supporting graduate and consultant-level team members.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of our Reading Transport Planning team.
Your Impact
At Stantec, your work will directly influence how communities grow and develop.
You'll help unlock complex sites, shape sustainable transport strategies and provide the evidence needed to support major planning and infrastructure decisions.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop trusted client relationships, expand your project management experience and play an important role in developing the next generation of transport planners.
