Service Design Senior analyst

Purpose

Years of Experience

• Experience in service design, UX research, or a related field.

• Experience conducting qualitative research and synthesising findings.

• Exposure to service design artefacts including journey maps, blueprints, and personas.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Social Science, or a related field.
