Join our Strategic Construction Team and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality construction projects that improve communities across County Durham.
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead construction projects from site, managing operational teams and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
In this role, you'll
- Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
- Oversee multi-disciplinary construction projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Monitor quality, costs and project performance
- Maintain accurate project records and certification
- Help deliver successful projects for our customers and communities
What you'll need
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a building/construction discipline
- SMSTS (5-day) qualification
- CSCS Management Card
