Basildon Hospital is looking for a highly motivated and driven Diagnostic Radiographer to join our existing team of dedicated Cardiac and Interventional Radiographers. Main duties of the job
Within the Cardiac Cath Labs we have 2 dedicated interventional PCI labs, 1 electrophysiology/devices lab, 1 structural/devices lab, and 1 diagnostic angiography/devices lab. The Hybrid Theatre is dedicated to our Vascular team, and we also provide a mobile II service for some Vascular cases. Within Interventional Radiology we have a state-of-the-art Siemens IR suite, and a new Fluoroscopy room.

Person Specification
Qualifications · Essential
Current HCPC UK registration BSc (Hons) or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography
Desirable
Evidence of post graduation CPD in specialist area
Experience · Essential
Theatre and mobile image intensifier experience NHS Radiology experience
Desirable
Cardiology, Interventional Radiology or Vascular experience Clear interest in Interventional fluoroscopic procedures across all areas
