The Senior Finisher is a key contributor in ensuring the highest quality standards in finalizing key art for high-profile campaigns. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, advanced technical skills, and a strong collaborative spirit. Working closely with the Art Direction and Production teams, the Senior Finisher will be responsible for enhancing, perfecting, and preparing visual assets for final delivery, ensuring they meet both creative and technical requirements.

DUTIES/ASSIGNMENTS

• Meticulously review and retouch high-resolution creative assets, focusing on detail, color accuracy, and visual clarity to align with the creative vision.
• Rebuild and organize complex asset files, ensuring they are production-ready and optimized for various deliverables, including digital, print, and large-format outputs.
• Apply expert finishing techniques, enhancing depth, texture, and overall quality to achieve a polished, impactful final deliverable.
• Partner with Creative Leads, Account Managers and Production Managers to refine and execute campaign assets, ensuring all deliverables meet client direction.
• Conduct final quality checks on all visual assets, maintaining consistency and adherence to creative direction and project specifications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finishers, fostering skill development and best practices within the finishing team.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional technical competence, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a collaborative and deadline-driven setting.
• 5+ years in a finishing, retouching, or post-production role within an entertainment, advertising, or design-focused environment.
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software with a strong understanding of color correction, retouching, and file preparation.
• Exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to spot and correct even minor issues in composition, lighting, and color.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and make swift adjustments to ensure asset quality.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust to last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in large-format and high-resolution file preparation.
• Familiarity with color management and printing processes.
• Knowledge of advanced retouching techniques and finishing best practices.
