- Co-create our brand pricing strategies, creating sufficient benchmarks/indices vs. competitors, inc. standard price lists
- Assess price elasticity/price impacts based on market and insight factors to input into the demand plan and underpin pricing recommendations. Own the promotional guidelines alongside the MS&P manager, identifying areas of flexibility or change to maximise profitable growth
- Advise-track-assess on promotional plans based on fact-based ROI and market insight to feed into promotional plansGovern and co-own, alongside commercial finance, trade spend governance and control in line with budget/forecasted outcomes
- Support trade optimisation alongside sales to maximise revenue and profit outcomes in line/ahead of budget
- Create best practice trade spend structures
- Govern A&P spend and support on ROI optimisation alongside marketing Set brand/channel mix strategies/targets to guide profitable growth
- Own/drive the range rationalisation review alongside brand and commercial finance to maximise portfolio efficiency
- Input into the budget and forecasting processes to drive profitability
