The Role
As a Storm Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing chat and voice solutions within the Storm platform to meet evolving business needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze both structured and unstructured requirements, translating them into scalable, user-focused solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and develop chat and voice solutions within the Storm platform.
- Translate structured and unstructured business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct solution testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Perform control analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Proactively recommend enhancements and innovations to improve customer and operational experience.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors throughout the solution development lifecycle.
- Monitor solution performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of AI solutions.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience delivering technology or software development projects.
- Knowledge of contact center operations, processes, and customer service workflows.
- Understanding of Conversational AI, Generative AI, NLP, and AI chatbot technologies.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in solution design and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience with chatbot or voicebot platforms.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs).
