We are looking for an experienced HR & TA Specialist with a strong background in healthcare recruitment, particularly hiring GPs, Doctors, Nurses, and other healthcare
professionals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end healthcare recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, references, and compliance documentation.
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfil recruitment needs efficiently.
🔹 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Proven experience hiring GPs, doctors, nurses, or clinical staff.
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and professional registrations is preferred.
