Tandoor Chef

We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using the tandoor while maintaining consistent taste and presentation.

Prepare and cook tandoori dishes
Prepare naan, breads and other tandoor items
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Prepare ingredients according to recipes
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Monitor cooking temperatures and food quality
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Work closely with the kitchen team during busy services

Previous experience working with a tandoor
Knowledge of Indian cuisine
Good understanding of food hygiene
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to quality and presentation
Reliable and hardworking
