Technical Project Manager

The V&A is making a significant investment in its technology estate, modernising its commercial platforms and wider technology environment to create a more connected, scalable and resilient organisation.

We are recruiting twoTechnical Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex technology projects that support the V&A's strategic ambitions. Working with business and technology stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners, you will provide the governance, planning and leadership needed to deliver projects successfully.

The first role is a 24-month fixed-term contract supporting the Commercial Technology Enablement Programme, focussed on establishing a modern integration capability, implementing cross-system integrations, introducing business service observability, and undertaking targeted remediation and continuous improvement across key commercial platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and LS Retail/Business Central. This role will lead complex commercial technology projects to modernise integrations and key platforms, working across business, technology, suppliers and delivery partners to improve resilience, supportability and establish scalable foundations for future commercial transformation.

The second role is a permanent position within the wider Technology Portfolio, leading a varied portfolio of infrastructure, cloud and enterprise technology projects, including Azure migrations, operating system upgrades and platform modernisation, to reduce technical debt, strengthen resilience and deliver secure, sustainable technology that supports the Museum's strategic and operational objectives.

Experience

• 5+ years of experiencedelivering complex technology projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Strong project governance, reporting, risk and RAID management skills.
• Experience working within large programmes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud migration, enterprise integration or platform transformation projects.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resource planning and delivery roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and delivery-focused approach.
