We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Accommodation Income Officer to join our Housing Service and make a real difference to vulnerable residents across West Northamptonshire.In this rewarding role, you will provide specialist advice and support on welfare benefits, debt management and income maximisation, helping residents living in temporary accommodation to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness.

You will work directly with individuals experiencing financial hardship, supporting them to access the benefits they are entitled to, manage debts and improve their financial wellbeing.
