🏠 We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Tenancy Sustainment Officer to support individuals and families who have experienced rough sleeping or are at risk of homelessness.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide intensive, trauma-informed support to help people secure accommodation, sustain tenancies, improve their wellbeing, and overcome barriers to employment and independence.
- Support people to move into and maintain suitable accommodation
- Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed interventions
- Work closely with landlords, support services and community partners
- Make a lasting difference to the lives of some of County Durham's most vulnerable residents
This is a temporary post for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
