Third Party Intervention Handler

Location: Huddersfield
Contract: Full-time, Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

We’re seeking a talented Third party Intervention Claims Handler to join our dynamic team at FMG, where you will be responsible for proactively contacting third-party claimants and arranging claims management services on behalf of our clients.  You will play a crucial role in accurately assessing incident liability, offering our services, handling objections, and managing the repair processes while maintaining a strong focus on operational targets.

You will aim to mitigate claim costs by proactive claims management, accurate data capture and supplier allocation, all while delivering a friendly and efficient service. You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of people daily, allowing you to adapt your approach and provide a personalised experience.
