Trade Mark Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join our specialist Brand Protection practice.

The role will involve:

• Trade mark and design prosecution work.
• Deadline and portfolio management.
• Supporting trade mark enforcement matters.
• Working closely with fee earners on a varied and high-profile client base.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous trade mark paralegal experience.
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ideally hold, or be working towards, the CITMA Paralegal qualification.
• Have a strong interest in brands and the media, entertainment, fashion, art and consumer sectors.
