The Team
Our Transaction Services Team (TST) is an award-winning, market-leading legal services team, helping deliver efficient, technology-enabled support to clients. The Role
As a member of the TST, you'll undertake varied Real Estate assignments including
- managing electronic data sites
- reviewing leases and drafting and negotiating deeds
- supporting transactions through to completion
- provide regular client updates
- handle post-completion work
What We're Looking For
- excellent attention to detail
- strong organisational skills
- effective communication and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
- a strong work ethic with commercial awareness and an interest in legal technology are essential.
Previous Real Estate paralegal experience is relevant but not essential.
