About the Role
We’re looking for a keen-eyed, motivated individual to join our team as a Property Valuations Associate - a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to break into the world of residential property valuation.
You’ll be part of the team that decides which properties we buy and how much we should pay for them. Using our in-house proprietary tool (Compass) and your own commercial judgement, you’ll help ensure every property we invest in can deliver the right returns.
Key Responsibilities
What you’ll be working on
- Assess Properties: Use our valuation tool to help determine whether properties across the UK are suitable for investment.
- Analyse Returns: Evaluate the expected rental income, renovation requirements, and investment potential of each property.
- Work with Teams: Collaborate with our Capital Markets and Acquisition teams to help shape what we buy and why.
- Support New Initiatives: Contribute to projects involving new builds, off-market opportunities and ad-hoc projects where required.
- Hit Team Goals: Help the Valuations Team meet key targets that drive our company’s growth.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience - we’ll train you. What we do need is someone who’s curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
However, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following:

- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tools
- Ability to focus on long-term company goals
- Can work to deadline and under pressure
- Has interest in real estate (desirable)
