We're expanding our workshop teams across Vertu Vauxhall Northampton, Vertu Peugeot Northampton and Vertu Nissan Northampton, and we're looking for talented technicians at all levels to join us. Whether you're a Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Senior Technician or Master Technician, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Offer

• Competitive basic salary up to £47,780 (depending on skills, experience and accreditation)
• Bonus scheme to enhance your earnings
• £2,000 sign-on bonus (month 1) + £2,000 retention bonus (month 13)
• No Saturday working
• Flexible, full-time working patterns
• 42-hour Monday–Friday working week

Salary Guide

• Service & Maintenance Technicians – up to £37,700
• Service & Diagnostic Technicians – up to £40,220
• Senior Technicians – up to £42,740
• Master Technicians – up to £47,780

Additional qualifications such as MOT Tester or EV certification will further enhance your package.

What We’re Looking For

• A relevant Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician (any level considered)
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
