About Bless Start
Bless Start is a coffee business with a passion for great coffee and the people who love it. We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between our café and our creative and technical work.
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, creative person who has an interest in the coffee industry and can work across our marketing and IT team. You’ll help develop and improve our website, design eye-catching marketing and branding materials, and provide assistance in our café (at least 1 day of the week) all training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
Build, update and maintain the Bless Start website
Design posters, social media graphics and other marketing materials
Work closely with our marketing and IT teams to bring ideas to life
Support day-to-day barista work when needed
Take initiative in suggesting new ways to promote Bless Start online and in person
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Demonstrable technical skills, including HTML/JavaScript and related web technologies
- Experience designing posters and other marketing materials
- A genuine passion for the coffee industry
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and motivation to work towards company targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to commute to Tower Bridge at least once a week
Preferred (not required)
- Barista experience or skills
- Experience working with a marketing or IT team
- A Note on Creative Work
- We value original, hands-on design. We’d like our materials to reflect real creativity and a human touch, so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t rely heavily on AI-generated content.
