Area Operations Manager, North East England
An exciting Area Operations Manager role with a salary of £39,000 plus bonus and career progression opportunities. This is a permanent field-based role covering North East England.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Area Operations Manager to join a market leading, dynamic and innovative, technology-driven car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 4000 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.
The role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road rather than behind a desk. You'll spend the majority of your working week travelling between sites, meeting clients, supporting operational teams, conducting site visits, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained across your area. With an immediate start available, you'll play a key role in building relationships, driving operational excellence, and representing the business across your designated area.
Main Responsibilities
Duties will include
- Leading and inspiring front line operational teams
- Multi-site management via remote management means
- Visiting sites and frontline team members
- Effective management of the team
- Interacting with customers/clients at all levels
- Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters
- Leading training, development and people succession planning
- Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends)
The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live in the Durham area and be able to manage sites across the North East.
