Associate Project Manager - CRM Transformation - London

About us and why this role exists

The Fiser Group is a family of five talent and consulting businesses: Bruin (financial and professional services recruitment), Socium (Teams as a Service), IBAM (change management and FS consulting), Aquila (RPO and talent acquisition outsourcing) and Detillens (hire, train and deploy tech talent). We're headquartered in London and growing.

We're moving the whole Group onto a new CRM platform. The technology is the easy part. The real job is helping recruiters, consultants and leaders change how they work, and making sure they come out the other side with better tools and better processes.

Our teams are busy running the business day to day, so we're hiring someone whose sole focus is getting this right. You'll own the project end to end, reporting directly to the Board.

What you'll do

Run the project

  • Own the plan, timeline, budget, risks and issues for the CRM migration from kick-off to go-live and beyond
  • Be the day-to-day lead for the vendor and any implementation partner, holding them to scope and deadlines
  • Coordinate data migration from our current system with the vendor and internal data owners, including cleansing and testing
  • Run a clear project rhythm: steering updates to the Board, regular check-ins with brand stakeholders, and simple reporting

Lead the change (the most important part)

  • Map who is affected across each brand and what changes for them
  • Build and run a change and communications plan so nobody is surprised
  • Set up and lead a network of champions and super-users within each team
  • Organise training, user testing and go-live support, keeping disruption to the business to a minimum
  • Track adoption after go-live, gather feedback and fix what isn't working

Improve how we work

  • Document current recruitment and sales processes and find the friction
  • Redesign workflows so the new CRM supports how our best people actually work, not just how the old system did
  • Spot and drive quick wins in reporting, data quality and automation along the way
  • Leave behind clear process documentation and ownership once the project closes

What we're looking for

We care more about how you think and how you work with people than about years on a CV.

Essential

  • 2–4 years in a project coordination, junior PM, PMO, business analyst, consulting or operations role
  • Some hands-on involvement in rolling out a system or process change, and seeing how people react to it
  • Highly organised: you can keep a plan, a vendor and a dozen stakeholders on track at once
  • Confident communicator who can explain things simply and hold your own with senior leaders
  • Curious about how work gets done, and driven to make it better
  • A strong academic record or clear evidence of being exceptionally sharp

Nice to have

  • Exposure to a CRM or ATS (Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Vincere or similar)
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, professional services or consulting
  • Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) or project methods (Agile, PRINCE2), or a willingness to learn them
  • Comfort with data: Excel, basic reporting, data cleansing

What's in it for you

  • Real ownership early in your career: this is your project, not a support role on someone else's
  • Board-level visibility and exposure to every brand in the business
  • A rare chance to redesign how a growing group works, and put your name to the result
  • A route into a longer-term operations, transformation or change role once the project lands

How to apply: send your CV and a few lines on a change you've helped deliver (what worked, what you'd do differently)
