About the Role
Kampag is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing data and analytics team. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, build insightful dashboards and reports, and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategy.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from stakeholders across departments.
- Document data models, business logic, and reporting processes for knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organisation's data warehouse and BI infrastructure.
- Support project planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or data analyst role.
- Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills — ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Business Analysis experience.
- Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
- Stakeholder management & communication.
- Data analysis, reporting & process improvement.
- Experience with integration projects (preferred).
- Exposure to AI projects is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Pay
- £30,000.00–£45,000.00 per year based on experience.
