Civil Engineers (Project, Senior + Principal)

Who we are looking for.

• BEng or MEng
• Minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment
• Experience delivering development projects from planning through to design and construction, including preparation of flood risk assessments
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Causeway Flow, and/or MicroDrainage, with strong knowledge of underlying hydraulic principles
• Experience liaising with stakeholders on S104, S38, S278, and S185 agreements and planning consents
• Independently delivers project information, attends meetings and site visits, effectively managing your own time and consistently meeting deadlines
• Serves as the primary point of contact for the wider design team and clients
• Demonstrates an understanding of, and actively contributes to, fee and appointment management within projects
• Possesses knowledge of ISO9001 QMS standards and procedures
• Capably delegates tasks and oversees junior team members
• Willingness to mentor and impart knowledge to junior team members
• Can travel to Sheffield or Leeds, full UK driving licence
• Motivated to deliver exceptional service to our clients
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to participating in CSR activities, engaging in continuous professional development (CPD), and/or contributing to business development and other business operations
• Are self-driven, pro-active and positive with an ability to ‘own it’ and problem solve
• Committed to self-led professional development, continuously enhancing your skills
• Be chartered or on the journey to chartership
