Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, resourceful and endlessly curious Content Creator to join Jungle.

This is a hands-on role for a true self-contained unit. You’ll take ideas from first spark to final edit: ideating, concepting, shooting, producing and editing social-first content that’s built for the feed and made to perform.

You’ll be the person we send to the moment. Whether that’s trackside and behind the scenes at a major sporting event or capturing events at major destinations you’ll know how to shoot it fast, tell the story well and turn it around at speed.

This role is for someone who thinks in hooks, formats and trends, and has the craft to back it up behind the camera and in the edit. You’ll bring a strong creative eye, a producer’s instinct for getting things done, and the confidence to work independently on the ground.

This is an opportunity to make work for some of the biggest brands and moments in culture, and to help shape how Jungle shows up wherever the action is.

Job Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience creating social-first content in an agency, publisher, brand or creator-led environment
• Strong ideation and concepting skills, with the ability to turn a brief, a trend or a live moment into a clear, platform-native idea
• Confident shooting video and stills as a solo operator, with a strong grasp of camera, lighting and audio
• Advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve, with motion graphics (After Effects) a bonus
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms, including formats, trends and what drives performance
• Experience producing shoots end to end: planning, shot lists, call sheets, logistics, permissions and talent
• Comfortable shooting at major live events and destinations, often in fast-moving, crowded or access-restricted environments
• Able to turn content around at speed, including same-day and real-time edits from location
• Confident directing talent, creators and contributors, and comfortable stepping in front of camera when needed
• Highly organised and self-sufficient, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• A showreel or portfolio of social-first content you’ve ideated, shot and edited yourself
• Flexible to travel in the UK and internationally, and to work around event schedules

Hybrid working model with 2 days per week in our East London office

Regular UK and international travel for shoots at events and destinations

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Ideation & Concepting

• Generate original, social-first ideas and formats in response to briefs, cultural moments and trends in collaboration with Social Managers and Creatives
• Develop concepts into clear treatments, scripts and shot lists
• Bring a strong point of view on hooks, storytelling and platform behaviour to every idea
• Contribute creative thinking and content examples to pitches and new business
• Stay across trends, creators and platform updates, feeding insight back into the team

Production & Shooting

• Plan and produce shoots end to end, from logistics and kit to permissions and call sheets
• Shoot high-quality video and photography as a fully self-sufficient operator
• Capture live content at major events, including sport, music, entertainment and brand activations
• Shoot on location at destinations, telling stories of place, people and experience
• Direct talent, creators and contributors on set and on the ground
• Look after kit and keep it ready to go at short notice

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit fast, platform-native content with strong pacing, sound design, captions and graphics
• Deliver multiple formats and cutdowns from a single shoot, optimised for each platform
• Turn around real-time and same-day content from location when the moment demands it
• Keep file management, archiving and asset delivery to a high standard
• Act on feedback quickly while keeping quality high across every deliverable

Collaboration & Performance

• Work closely with social, strategy, creative and client services teams to bring ideas to life
• Use performance data to learn what works and sharpen future content
• Represent Jungle professionally on location with clients, partners and talent
• Share knowledge and best practice to help raise production craft across the team
