This highly regarded international law firm seeking to hire a 2-4 PQE Employment Associate into its growing London team.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established practice that advises a broad range of UK and international businesses, from fast-growth companies and entrepreneurial ventures through to multinational organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions.
The team handles a genuinely varied workload, offering exposure to both contentious and advisory employment matters, including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Complex workplace investigations
- Senior executive appointments, exits and disputes
- Restrictive covenant and team move matters
- Redundancies, restructurings and employee relations issues
- Corporate support and the employment aspects of UK and cross-border transactions
The role would suit a lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients and taking ownership of matters, whilst benefiting from the support and resources of a strong international platform.
The ideal candidate will have
- 2-4 years' PQE in employment law
- Experience gained at a recognised, ranked private practice firm
- A mix of contentious and advisory employment experience
- Strong technical ability coupled with commercial awareness
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
