The teams provide a range of services and support to the Council’s operational, commercial and schools portfolios ensuring the Councils legislative obligations are fulfilled. Facilities Management Operations – Responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the portfolio by space planning, service charge preparation and management, contractor management, meeting room setup, porterage and health and safety management.
