Family Associate Solicitor

We are recruiting

We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking, personable Family Law  Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our well-established Family teams in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and highly regarded practice that advises clients on a broad range of complex and sensitive family matters.

You will manage your own caseload whilst working closely with our highly regarded team on high-value and technically challenging matters.

The Role

As an Associate Solicitor in the team, you will be advising clients on all aspects of Private Family Law, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Private children matters
• Domestic abuse applications

You will be managing matters from instruction through to conclusion, building and maintaining strong client relationships as well as supporting business development initiatives and networking activities.

You will be assisting with the continued growth and success of the Family department.
