Burke Niazi Solicitors is seeking a Family/Care Solicitor to join our expanding North London practice. Candidates who have a mixed practice are welcome to apply as opportunity to undertake other areas of work alongside.

Key Responsibilities

• ·        Representing clients in care proceedings
• ·        Managing a general family law caseload
• ·        Advocacy where appropriate
• ·        Providing high‑quality support to vulnerable clients

Candidate Requirements

• ·        NQ–3 years’ PQE in family law
• ·        Experience in legal aid family work
• ·        Strong interest and experience in public law children matters
• ·        Excellent communication and client‑care skills
