Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the finance operations that support Hyundai’s vehicle and dealer network. As Finance Operations & Incentive Manager, you will lead the accurate accounting of virtual and physical vehicle stock, internal and external pricing, factory and internal works costs, and dealer claims and payments.
You will also manage and analyse dealer incentive channels end to end, overseeing weekly and quarterly payment schedules, quarterly dealer statements, month-end accruals and performance reporting. Working closely with colleagues across Systems, Supply, Product, Fleet and the wider business, you will resolve operational challenges, strengthen financial controls and drive continuous improvement across key finance processes.

In this varied and influential role, you will lead a broad portfolio of finance operations, combining strong financial control and commercial insight with budget oversight, cross-functional partnership, process improvement, business reporting and team development.
Finance Operations
- Ensure vehicle inventory, shipments and manifests are accurately accounted for and reported in SAP, coordinating physical stocktakes and working closely with European headquarters, factories and internal Supply, Planning and Systems teams.
- Validate factory billing through pro forma invoice analysis, provide feedback to Product and ensure debit and credit note adjustments follow the correct accounting process.
- Maintain robust SAP pricing controls, managing price increases, price protection and bespoke direct fleet pricing, while reporting financial impacts against the Business Plan.
- Act as Finance’s principal contact for operational projects, applying a strong understanding of wider business activity to support effective delivery.
- Oversee storage insurance and manage relationships with the company’s insurance provider and broker.
- Manage the customs import system, maintaining effective controls, reconciling HMRC and company records, and keeping current with legislation to ensure ongoing HMUK compliance.
Dealer Incentives
- Partner with Sales and Fleet Operations to manage incentive schemes, accruals and claims, and review proposals to provide commercially informed recommendations.
- Maintain effective controls to validate dealer claims, process payments on time and promptly resolve internal and external customer queries.
- Prepare accurate month-end accruals and provide clear insight into monthly incentive performance.
- Build the quarterly Excel bonus model, calculate dealer bonuses and issue clear end-of-phase statements and communications, ensuring self-billing invoices are accurately paid and distributed.
- Manage the Hyundai Capital UK payment process, resolving queries before payments are released.
About you

- Confidently lead a team of 2 or more in previous roles

- At least three years’ accounting experience, with a strong practical understanding of finance operations.
- Strong systems capability, ideally supported by at least three years’ experience using SAP and Excel.
