Financial Director
About En Route
En Route International is a global business operating as part of dnata, one of the world’s largest air services providers. With teams across the UK, USA, Australia and the UAE, we design and deliver premium baked goods, meals and snacks for the travel industry - bringing together world‑class manufacturing partners, smart product customisation, and a complex, high‑precision supply chain.
We’re a business built on momentum and partnership. We turn fresh insights into practical solutions, craft products that elevate the traveller experience, and work closely with our customers to deliver quality at scale. As we continue our growth journey, we are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.
The Opportunity
This role requires a Finance Director who is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and rolling up their sleeves to understand the detail behind the numbers. You'll be expected to bring strong commercial judgement whilst maintaining rigorous financial discipline, ensuring reporting accuracy, robust controls and best-in-class governance across the business.
As part of the dnata group, a critical aspect of the role will be building strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider organisation and ensuring En Route's reporting, controls and governance frameworks remain fully aligned with group requirements. You will act as the key link between En Route and dnata Finance, ensuring consistency, transparency and compliance whilst supporting the continued growth of the business.
Alongside leading the finance function, you will drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working, creating a scalable finance operation capable of supporting future growth.
This is a hybrid opportunity which requires a minimum of three days in the Windsor office (Berkshire).
