- Supporting assessment, examination and quality assurance processes as required.
- Contributing to an inclusive, safe and supportive learning environment.
As a flexible, group-wide resource, you will be expected to travel between college sites as required and respond positively to changing operational needs.
About you
You will be a confident and committed lecturer with strong subject knowledge in English and/or maths and the ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners with a range of abilities and backgrounds.
You will be adaptable, organised and resilient, with the confidence to join different teams, build positive relationships quickly and deliver effective teaching in a variety of settings. You will be comfortable responding to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
