Together, we grow, belong and impact. #LI-DNP About the role To manage all day-to-day aspects of a client portfolio, this will include the following: Conducting arrival and departure meetings with international assignees. Reviewing UK tax returns and dealing with any queries arising. Managing modified expatriate payrolls, gross up calculations and the year-end process. Strong Financial management.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide a high level of client service. Manage and coach junior members of the team to ensure a high standard of client delivery. To be the primary contact point for both the corporate clients and the individual expatriates. Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business driven approach. Manage risk appropriately for both clients and the firm.
Deliver advisory work on your portfolio and assist more senior members of the team with specific advisory projects. What we are looking for To take a leading role in growing the Global Mobility practice with particular focus in London and the South East. Assisting in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
