Your role

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work as Business Analyst, Product Owner in client projects in financial services Risk domain
• Ability to work with minimal supervision -leadership skills
• Ability to build and maintain good client relationship / work with multiple key stakeholders

Required

• At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology
• Good understanding of Risk domain and market trends in banking and financial services industry
• Good experience in at least one / two areas of Global Risk, including but not limited to GRC, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Reporting etc.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven communication and negotiation skills

Preferred

• Exposure towards responding to proposals
• Exposure in thought leadership by writing white paper etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is a plus.
• Exposure in working in agile methodology. Hands on with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and MS Office tools
• Techno functional skills like PLSQL and development experience will be a plus
• Have hands-on experience on Relational (SQL Server, Oracle) databases and should be able to understand the Physical data model and independently form SQLs to fetch required data from databases and for further Data analysis
• Relevant industry certificates are highly valued
