Global Talent Acquisition Manager # 26-00207
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Rate: 340 – 375 GBP /per day Inside IR 35 (PAYE)
About the Role
We are looking for a Global Strategic Talent Scout to identify and engage senior and specialist talent for strategic roles across international markets.
The role will focus on executive search, talent mapping, market research and passive candidate sourcing, with an initial focus on Quality, MSAT, ASAT, Engineering and Supply Chain Management.
You will support searches across India, China, the USA and European markets, including the UK, and work closely with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and executive search for senior and specialist roles.
- Identify and engage passive candidates across global markets.
- Develop talent maps and pipelines for future hiring and succession planning.
- Research competitor organizations and talent availability.
- Assess candidate experience, motivation, availability and mobility.
- Provide market insights on talent availability and hiring challenges.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders on search strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external talent.
- Ensure sourcing activities follow company policies, confidentiality and data-privacy requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Talent Research or Strategic Sourcing.
- Experience recruiting seniors, specialists or hard-to-find talent.
- Strong experience with talent mapping and market research.
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience working across multiple countries or international markets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver against deadlines.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and other recruitment/search platforms.
- Strong English communication skills.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing or other regulated industries.
- Experience recruiting within Quality, MSAT, ASAT, Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Experience sourcing talent across India, China, USA and Europe/UK.
- Experience supporting succession planning or strategic talent mapping.
- Additional language skills relevant to international markets.
