Rate of Pay
£21.90 - £24.40 per hour (depending on experience)
Duties
- Supervise groundworks activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme.
- Coordinate operatives and monitor quality standards.
- Oversee drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with company and client health and safety requirements.
- Complete site records and reports as required.
- Liaise with Site Management and subcontractors.
- Monitor productivity and quality of works.
- Attend and deliver toolbox talks and site briefings as required.
Experience/Skills Required
- Previous Groundworks Supervisory experience.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Ability to manage and coordinate site teams effectively.
