Key Skills Required
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience recruiting GPs (General Practitioners), doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, candidate databases, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interviews, offer management, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
- Ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for healthcare professionals.
- Experience coordinating recruitment documentation, reference checks, and onboarding requirements.
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment compliance, professional registrations, and relevant verification processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and fill vacancies within agreed timelines.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
