Interim Legal Operations Lead / Legal Tech Programme Manager
About the Role
Our client, a global organisation with a large international legal team, is seeking an experienced Legal Operations professional to lead the rollout of a new legal AI platform across its legal function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global implementation and adoption of a legal AI solution.
- Develop project plans, governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Legal, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
- Drive change management, training, and user engagement initiatives.
- Identify practical use cases and embed the technology into legal workflows.
- Ensure successful adoption across multiple international teams.
About You
- Strong Legal Operations experience within an in-house legal environment.
- Proven track record delivering legal technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with change management, training, and user adoption programmes.
- Comfortable working autonomously across global teams and jurisdictions.
- Experience with legal AI platforms is advantageous but not essential.
Working Pattern: 3 days per week
