Join Our Team as a Line Technician

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a motivated and reliable Line Technician to join our production team on a day shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the efficient running of production lines.
• Carry out machine set-up, adjustments, and basic fault finding.
• Monitor line performance and minimise downtime.
• Ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.

About You

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is desirable.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
