Logistics Accounts Administrator

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Logistics Accounts Administrator to support the effective financial management of our logistics operation, ensuring transport costs, invoices and supplier charges are processed accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Raise and manage purchase orders for logistics services
• Process and reconcile logistics invoices and shipment costs
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve PPV queries
• Monitor outstanding invoices and support invoice matching processes
• Ensure transport lane rates and shipment costing data are accurately maintained in SAP
• Reconcile logistics and transport costs within agreed deadlines
• Liaise with Logistics, Finance and Site teams to resolve queries
• Provide cost‑to‑serve analysis and support commercial decision‑making

What You’ll Bring

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
• SAP experience or exposure to ERP systems
• Ability to investigate issues and identify process improvements
• Experience within logistics, finance or FMCG environments (desirable)
