Men's Agent
Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Men’s Agent to join our men’s booking table and help grow and develop our fast growing men’s board. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow into the role, gaining hands on experience while building their own relationships and expertise within the industry.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Covent Garden, combining time in the office with some work from home flexibility. You’ll support the day to day running of the board, including scouting and signing new talent, nurturing relationships with our current models, and coordinating bookings with clients and partners.
You’ll liaise with brands, production companies and casting directors, assist with preparing and negotiating contracts, and help ensure smooth communication between all parties. The role also involves supporting models with their career development, helping to oversee their portfolios and marketing materials, and looking after them in a professional and respectful manner that reflects Duo Model Management’s ethos.
The role also includes travel to meet agencies around the world, building new partnerships and strengthening our international network to create opportunities for our models.
As the board and agency continues to expand, there is real scope for the right person to take on more responsibility and develop their career with us.
What we’re looking for 💫
- You’ve worked on a men’s board at a modelling agency!
- You’re a natural people person, great at building relationships and keeping everyone in the loop, from models and clients to the team in the office 🤝
- You’re super organised and can juggle lots of bookings, schedules and moving parts📅
- You’ve got a good head for business, you’re confident negotiating, and you know your way around contracts, fees and how the industry works 💼
- You’re comfortable with digital tools for keeping in touch, scheduling, managing portfolios and working from home 💻
- You care about diversity, inclusion and doing things the right way, both for our models and with our clients 💛
