Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Composites Technology Centre located in Sheffield, on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance. You will also be responsible for timely reactive maintenance, improvements, installations, inspections, documentation, fault finding and other engineering tasks. Therefore, you will be an experienced fault finder on electrical, mechanical and fluid power systems with an appreciation of the importance of preventative maintenance processes.

Principle Accountabilities

You will ensure that your activities comply with health, safety and environmental requirements. You will establish and develop successful working relationships with a network of local and international suppliers. You will work with contracting resources and OEM’s to perform a variety of tasks. You will be supporting Research and Development work on future models by providing support, ideas and bespoke items required to develop new processes. You will monitor and react to feedback from equipment monitoring systems.

Alternating Mornings (06:00 - 14:00) and Afternoons (14:00 - 22:00)
