Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end digital asset settlement process with accuracy and efficiency.
- Design, deploy, and execute operational controls to safeguard assets and prevent errors.
- Manage and reconcile fund movements across trading venues and counterparties.
- Ensure settlement and reconciliation processes comply with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with trading, sales, compliance, and technology teams to strengthen workflows.
- Serve as control owner with accountability for sensitive fund transfers.
- Contribute to scaling middle- and back-office functions as the business expands.
- Drive continuous process optimization initiatives by leveraging data analytics and automation tools to enhance settlement accuracy, reduce operational risk, and improve turnaround times.
