Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Core HR.

What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Configure and implement:
- Oracle Fusion Talent Management
- Oracle Learning Management
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle Fusion Core HR
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live support
- Design and configure:
- Performance Management
- Goal Management
- Talent Profiles
- Talent Reviews
- Succession Planning
- Learning Catalogues and Learning Initiatives
- Recruiting Workflows and Candidate Management
- Core HR Workforce Structures and Employment Processes
- Collaborate with technical, integration, reporting, and data migration teams to deliver integrated Oracle HCM solutions
- Support quarterly Oracle updates, enhancements, troubleshooting, training, and user adoption activities
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of Oracle Fusion HCM functional consulting experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Talent Management
- Learning Management
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Core HR
- Experience in at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Oracle HCM Configuration
- Security
- Data Migration
- Reporting
- Integrations
- Testing & UAT
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills
