Organisational Development (OD) Partner
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Inclusion and Organisational Development (OD) Partner to join our Organisational Experience team, with a particular focus on anti-racism, inclusion and sustainable cultural change.
This is an exciting part-time opportunity to use your OD expertise, knowledge of the anti-racism, behavioural science and change methodologies to make a tangible difference to the experience of our people and the culture of our organisation.

If you’re looking for a role where you can use your expertise to influence meaningful, sustainable change and improve the experience of our people, we’d love to hear from you.
