About Us

The Media Image is an award-winning, independent global digital marketing agency. We deliver full-funnel, data-driven results for a wide range of clients in sectors like e-commerce, finance, and beauty across the US, UK, and EMEA. Valuing proactive partnerships and authenticity, we disrupt the market with our unique approach.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Account Manager to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for our global clients. With a focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, you will oversee campaign budgets, take ownership of performance, drive continuous improvements, and uncover growth opportunities.

As a primary client-facing contact, you will manage relationships across multiple verticals and varying client complexities, providing actionable reporting, strategic insights, and ensuring campaign goals for revenue, pipeline, ROI, and efficiency are met. This role requires a proactive, highly analytical individual with a "beyond the platform data" mindset who excels at connecting CRM data back into ad platforms and deploying modern smart bidding strategies while collaborating with an innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting (customer match, remarketing, in-market, custom segments), and competitive analysis to maximize account performance.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, value-based bidding).

Analytics, Tracking & CRM Integration

  • Maintain robust conversion tracking setups utilizing GA4, Google Tag Manager, offline conversion imports, and enhanced conversions.
  • Apply a "beyond the platform data" approach by pushing CRM pipeline metrics (MQL, SQL, opportunity, closed-won) back into ad platforms to optimize toward revenue and pipeline rather than basic form fills.
  • Perform both automated reporting and manual data manipulation in Excel for deep-dive technical analysis.

Client Leadership & Communication

  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact across multiple industries/verticals and varying client complexities.
  • Collaborate with clients to define KPIs, set the right expectations, and align PPC strategies with broader business goals.
  • Adjust and present reporting outputs to suit diverse client stakeholders, including marketing managers, finance leaders, and sales directors.

Strategy, Innovation & Mentorship

  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, ABM tactics, and multi-market strategies to drive continuous innovation.
  • Train and upskill junior team members in PPC best practices, delegating operational tasks and providing constructive feedback.

Role Requirements:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree from an internationally recognized university, or equivalent.
  • 2–3+ years of proven experience managing complex PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong track record in client-facing roles, managing accounts across multiple industries and levels of complexity.
  • Deep hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Apple Search Ads experience highly preferred).
  • Advanced technical competency in tracking setup via GA4, Google Tag Manager, offline conversion imports, and enhanced conversions.
  • Proven track record executing Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA, Maximize Conversions, value-based bidding).
  • Fluency with advanced audience segmentation tools (customer match, remarketing, in-market, custom segments).
  • A "beyond the platform data" mindset: experience feeding CRM data (MQL, SQL, opportunity, closed-won) back into ad platforms to drive bottom-line revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills, including mastery of manual data manipulation and automated reporting workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Desirable

  • Experience working with B2B clients featuring long sales cycles and multi-month attribution windows.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and strategies.
  • Direct hands-on experience running App campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Experience tailoring performance reporting for non-marketing stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Sales Leaders).
  • Experience managing campaigns for multilingual or multi-market international accounts.
  • Familiarity with beauty industry trends or specialized consumer behavior is advantageous.

About You

  • Thrive in a dynamic, remote environment.
  • High competency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Take initiative.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • “Can-do” attitude.
  • Analytical, numerate aptitude.
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

About our Benefits
