Product Consultant, Channels CX
The Role
As a first point of contact for clients of S&P Global Market Intelligence’s data feeds and AI products, you will help clients get the most from Xpressfeed, Snowflake, and our AI products: Deterministic Retrieval and Adaptive Retrieval. You will learn the data packages we support and apply your financial knowledge, SQL, and technical skills to resolve client questions quickly and accurately.
The Team
You will join a collaborative and a highly professional team. You will build broad knowledge of the financial markets, including equities, fixed income, and commodities, while working alongside colleagues who set high standards and support each other’s growth.
The Impact
You are the link between our clients and our products. By answering client queries with confidence and a deep understanding of our data, our tools, and the industry, you will help clients reach reliable results in the most efficient way. You will learn who our clients are and how they use our solutions, so you can act as a trusted consultant rather than just a support contact. This is a high-visibility role with a direct influence on client satisfaction and on how our products evolve.
