Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and evangelize a clear product vision and strategy for your domain. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and synthesize customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Roadmap Ownership: Create, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap. Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals to make clear, data-informed backlog decisions.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on priorities, gather input, and ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Execution & Delivery: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work day-to-day with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ship high-quality features.
• Metrics & Success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze usage data and customer feedback post-launch to iterate and inform future development.
• Customer Advocacy & Discovery: Lead ongoing customer discovery through interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops. Act as the voice of the customer in product decisions, ensuring solutions solve validated user problems and deliver measurable value.
• Cross-Functional Decision Making & Tradeoffs: Drive informed tradeoff decisions across scope, timeline, and resources. Clearly articulate rationale, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partners, and proactively manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
